Since ISAPP’s inception, its industry members and invited experts have gathered for the organization’s much-anticipated annual meeting—held in a different global location each year. Organized around scientific developments and challenges facing the fields of probiotics, prebiotics, synbiotics, postbiotics and fermented foods, the meeting offers a diversity of ways to engage, including plenary talks, debate, small workshops, rapid-fire session of 5 minute late breaking news talks, poster session, ample Q&A time and networking over food and drinks. The annual ISAPP meeting is typically a by-invitation only meeting including experts invited to address the key topics on the program, industry scientists, and young researchers.
