The ISAPP community is a group of academic and industry scientists with a common goal of advancing the science.

ISAPP is led by an all-academic board of international experts with input from an industry advisory committee. Together, these scientists offer nuanced perspectives on issues that affect the science of probiotics, prebiotics, postbiotics, synbiotics and fermented foods. Our primary forum for scientific engagement is ISAPP’s annual meeting, held in a different global location each year.

Participate in a global group of scientists focused on advancing the science of probiotics, prebiotics, synbiotics, postbiotics and fermented foods.
